Ever wonder if cows could fly? On Friday Kallsen found out that his cow can't fly. We were driving to Grandma's house for the weekend. Kallsen's window was down so that he could see the train beside the road. And all of a sudden "Moo-Moo" was flying out the window. We turned around to go back to get Moo-Moo and we found him laying in the middle of the road. I should say thank you to all the cars who actually dodged Moo-Moo while he was in the road. Moo-Moo did not have a scratch on him. Although Kallsen learned a very important lesson-cows do not fly or ride on trains.

hi sara beth....the story is funny enough but when you click on the pic and make it full screen it just made me laugh....poor moo moo..poor kallsen...poor mommy and daddy who had to turn around to get back to save moo moo..and thank you to all the drivers who knew enough to dodge the moo moo and make a little boy happy...
Whew! I'm glad moo moo was safe! How traumatic!
I feel a certain affinity for moo moo because I remember Kalsen giving me the honour of taking care of her one time during my visit. I felt great about this because I thought it was a privilege extended only to the favoured few. Now, after seeing poor moo moo unceremoniously dumped onto the highway, I'm wondering where I stand.

This is one of those life lessons that Kallsen had to learn that day. I'm sure he won't be throwing many more things out of car windows.
I'm mostly glad he tried the moo-moo first and didn't try to find out if Parker could fly...
