They Cleaned Their Room

Kallsen (feeling MUCH better) and Parker decided to clean their room. Cleaning their room meant moving everything in their room to their closet. EVERYTHING.

If you're still curious or not quite understanding what EVERYTHING means, it means everything. Their pillows. Their bedsheets. Their comforters. All their toys from their toy box. A table. Two chairs. Blocks. Lincoln Logs. Radio. CDs. EVERYTHING.
They were quite proud of themselves. They were really proud of themselves.
Then they became confused. They didn't really understand why Daddy and Mommy wanted them to put their sheets back on their beds; why they need to put the toys back where they belong.
As I type this...they came out of their room...asking it it was okay, that while they put stuff back, if they could rearrange their room. My answer? 'No.'

this is really funny...but it may be funnier to the non-parents..but it is going to be a good story for a long time!

That is absolutely wonderful! (And I wish I had the option to hit the "like" button). Everything!

We had a similar experience on vacation in Door County. Everyone was playing a game except Tommy and Ollie (both 3). They created their own game: garbage truck. The coffee table in the living room was the garbage truck and everything that was not nailed down went on, under or around the garbage truck; pillows, shoes, books, videos, toys, sippy cups ... when they ran out of objects and left the room, I followed: they were just about to grab everyone's keys (dutifully hung on a key rack)...
