This is a 10 digit dialed call...

...please hang up and dial the area code and seven digit telephone number.

This is ridiculous. Starting on Monday, any local call we make must be 10 digits in length. Area code and number. I can see this in bigger cities but small towns too?

I guess its the way cell phones work.
