Looking for some fun this weekend, we found an amusement park in Greenville. On Saturday, we went to Frankie's Fun Park. At Frankies children as young as 4 are able to drive their own go cart. Parker was about 3 inches too short. In order to drive, he would need a booster in the back to allow him to reach the pedals. With that, his face would have been too close to the steering wheel and unsafe. He was upset about the situation, but he cheered for his brother.
Kallsen was able to drive without incident. Kallsen did a great job. He started out slow, but in the end was able to go around the track at least 4 times. He only hit the wall once, when another child tried to pass in a turn..Kallsen was aggressive and didn't want the other child to pass him. He did a great job! We are so proud of him. Here is a clip of him toward the end of his driving experience.

that was really cool...good driving kallsen!!
Very cool! (and he is getting so big!).
Matt - He really is getting big. The other day I was looking at Kallsen and Parker and they both looked like they had grown and inch or more overnight. It is truly amazing when you 'see' their growth over night.
How cool is that!!!! I hope he remembers that as he grows up!
