In The Wall

A week ago, when Nana and Papa were in town, we took the boys Go-cart racing. While we don't race go-carts often we do race them enough to have an on-going battle between Joseph and his Momma about who is a better driver.

Joseph claims he can prove he is ready to drive real cars on real roads by his ability to beat his Momma on a go-cart track. The below pictures tell the story.

This is Joseph, in the wall, with the go-cart operator walking out to pull Joseph from the wall. The box, the operator is holding, kills the engines of the other go-carts so he can safely walk across the track.

This next picture is of Sara with Kallsen celebrating their victory after Joseph went into the wall.

I am SURE that Sara is, in fact, signaling Joseph that she and Kallsen have arrived safely at the "end" of the track - and thanking him for the escort he had provided them until ... um, er, ... he hit the wall.

Mom-the on-going competition is Joseph keeps on telling his parents that the skills he has learned playing driving games on his Game Cube and PSP has made him a better driver than either his Mom or Dad. So the ongoing competition is the few times a year we go-cart race (we've been doing this several years) Joseph will always state that he is going to 'Prove' that he is a better driver than his parents every time we race. Everytime we go cart race, Joseph ends up crashed in a wall...it really is a funny thing.
