Two boys struggle

My youngest two sons are in my charge each morning. And while I'm still trying to get over having strep I was doing my best to get the boys dressed, fed and to school without breathing in their direction or having much contact. And it went pretty well this morning.

And then we left the house. And first Parker wanted to close the door on the porch. And then Kallsen wanted to close the door. So we opened the door again so Kallsen could close it too. Then Parker needed to be the last one to close the door. So we opened it again so Parker could close the door. And then, guess what? Kallsen thought he should close the door...one more time. So we opened the door again and this time the boys closed the door together.

Reminds me of the Cat Song that Garrison did years ago on a Companion.

That's funny! I remember the days when the boys used to fight over who got to be first in the hallway, to the door, out the door etc. 'Course they were older than your boys...

way to be patient Daddy!
