Being Big About It

Today both Parker and Kallsen received shots as they prepare to go to a new school. And Parker had blood drawn, which is something that needs to be done regularly with him.

Anyways...shots were not easy for either boy. But when it came to drawing Parker's blood, he just sat there and watched. He did not pull away. He did not run away. He simply watched them stick him arm and draw blood.

All the nurses were amazed.

Later in the day, Kallsen began to work on his acting skills. He decided that his leg was sore from the shot he had several hours earlier and nee special attention. He needed to be waited on hand and foot. And he needed to be carried because his leg hurt that much. Except when we arrived at the play ground. But as soon as the play ground was over, he started limping again.

I love my boys.
