This is Parker eyeing his shot. You've got to get them into the game early. Parker will probable follow his brothers' lead and be a champion player. Disc Golf...A game for the whole family...
I am glad to see that Parker is aware that disc golf is as much a mental-game as physical. Looks like a fairly open shot, although I cannot see the pin.
Say, with the high rez photo I could see that this was one of the discs I did. Almost an antique.
Tommy is getting an orange 165g XD for Christmas. Shhhhhh! Don't tell.
As Tommy is on the verge of 4 months old, I am not worried about "easy to throw" at this time. But ease-of-use is good for Kallsen and Parker, who will actually be throwing.
Golf disc as teething ring - not a bad idea (don't let Carrie read this). I am sure that it will be used as plate, hat - many things before it is actually thrown by him. I keep a discraft platter in my car for a tray when I run out for a fast-food lunch during work.
You might want to go with a 'mini' for the teething ring. Easier for him to hold on to than the bigger disc. And you wouldn't want him to effect the flight characteristics on the XD before he gets chance to really rip a nice drive with the new disc.

Matt...this is one of the premium discs that you used to get free when ordering large numbers of hot stamp discs for tournements.
I thought it was best to start Parker and Kallsen off with something a bit easier to throw before getting them the heavier plastics.
That's great!

I haven't even considered getting Kallsen and Parker their own golf discs yet. I'll need to get them each one.
I gave Joseph his own earlier this year. I gave him a Cobra and a Avair Putter. I thought those were two easier to throw discs.

Maybe he'll use the disc instead of a teething ring? Letting him use his first disc as a teething ring would help 'get the game' in to his blood.
