Kallsen has started stringing words together. Some of the things he has been saying...
"Daddy go boo boo"
"Bye bye Parker go night night"
"Parker, I love you"
"Bye bye Daddy"
"Joseph, I want to play"
"I want to ride trike"
"Daddy that's mine"
"No Daddy no"
and...
"My Daddy is the super coolest Daddy in the entire world"

laughing...of course he is saying that ad..because it is true...love you xo
How wonderful is that! I remember when both my niece and nephew started stringing words together and, as the analytical uncle, I thought, "wow, these little people are trying to communicate. How cool." Must be amazing as a parent to watch your child do this.
I do strongly suspect, however, that the last statement was prompted by cue-cards – not that it isn't true, but it does seem to be a fairly complex sentence.
"My daddy is the super coolest daddy in the entire world"...Hmmm...that's funny....that's what James tells HIS daddy all the time...
Wow! That's great! That last one is the best! Kallsen sure is an awesome, super cool boy! :)
Daddy go boo boo??? I'm not sure I want to know what that means...
My wonderful wife told Kallsen one day, when I was in the bathroom and Kallsen was calling my name that, "Daddy's going boo boo." And ever since...when I even think about moving toward the bathroom Kallsen announces my plans to everyone in sight.
What is most impressive about your son's verbal skill is the evidence (in the last sentence)that his father is an outstanding trainer! With a willing subject and a master trainer, the sky is the limit. Soon Kallsen will be reciting Lincoln's Gettysburg address, the Lord's Prayer, the Apostle's Creed, and all the lyrics from Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band!
One thing that is funny to listen for is the inflection he puts into what he says. When we're playing and teasing Kallsen he says Daaaaddddddyyy. Long and drawn out. When he is saying something matter of fact it quick. When he wants something (bite bites) there is a bit of whining in his voice. And sometimes he just pleads with us to do something.
