I just received my first two domain appraisals. I think you'll be surprised at their appraised value. The Right Nation and the The Political Right are worth more than you might expect. Of course, you need a buyer for them to create the amount they're supposedly valued at into real cash money.
One thing that is interesting is my Dad has been bitten by the bug and purchased some domain names today and Vicki, my replacement at the radio stations, has also purchased domains today. They're both interested in making some decent returns.
Some domains have sold for millions. Recently blue.com sold for a half million. I can dream...
