Big Interview

My newsman, David, interviewed Georgia Governor Sonny Perdue today. It was a taped interview that will be aired Friday morning on his talk show (which replaced my talk show) which doesn't have a name yet. This is David's first solo show. I cohosted with him last week.

The interview will be available sometime after Friday's show on the station website. The interview covers eminent domain, illegal immigration and job loss due to overseas competition. David may also have a guest along with airing the pretaped interview.

I think David is really going to grow with this talk show. He has already grown tremendously since beginning here in March 2005. The talk show will really help him with long form interviews, which will lead to much great opportunities in the future.
