PartyWright Picture

This is my favorite picture from when I was doing PartyWright, LLC. The picture was taken from a long distance a way and I had to enhance the picture. The thing I like about the picture is it captures the pure essence of what PartyWright was about…bringing fun and excitement to your world.

PartyWright, for those that don't know, was a company my wife and I ran until we sold it in November of 2005. We started the company with a bounce house and inflatable slide. After some success in 2004 we expanded in 2005 by adding tents, tables and chairs in June and then in July we added Boom Blasters and a Pitchburst. Our best month ever was the last month we were in business. We had only intended to sell the slide and bounce house (so we could focus on items that didn't cost an arm and a leg in insurance) and reinvest into items that have good appeal but don't come with a high insurance price tag. After listing the items on the web for a couple of days, we received an offer from a company in South Carolina to purchase everything we had except the webpage. So, that's why the page is now a parking lot for the domain.

We're focusing our PartyWright business on doing a web based business now. I was hoping to have a site up and running by now but the set up and some other issues are taking more time than I had thought they would.

I have several ideas for web based businesses. I'll share some of those ideas in upcoming posts.
