I received my 20th call today asking about renting one or more of the items we used to carry in our inventory. All these calls came since November when we sold our inventory. We would have been doing more business in the winter months than I ever thought possible.I'm a little surprised of the amount of phone calls and most of these calls are from people I know so I feel closing the deal would have been easy in most cases. And what I don't know is how many went to our website and saw that we were no longer in business and didn't bother calling. Our website has taken more than 1,000 hits since November.
We've had calls about our bounce house, our accelerator slide, Boom Blasters, pitchburst and several calls about our tents and tables. I think tents are the number one request.
With all these calls, it makes me wonder if I made the right decision. It also makes me want to get back into the business. I don't have an interest in moving a 700 pound slide anymore but I wouldn't mind the Boom Blasters or the bounce house. Even the tents...they paid for themselves very quickly.

That's interesting. I love hearing how it's going and what your thought process is. It'll be interesting to see where you go from here.
Meanwhile, that's all I want is to move a 700 pound slide...we had some good times didn't we? I'll never forget the rain...always the rain!
