A six year-old has been suspended from school because he touched a girl after she touched him. All parents are familiar with teaching their children about good touches and bad touches. And it's hard to believe this could have been considered a bad touch.
If this were my child, being suspended for this action, I might have to take some sort of legal action. This child will now be labeled as long as he goes to this particular school system. And while you can't stop your child from being labeled, you certainly should be able to do something about a label that will negatively effect your child in this manner.
