A mouth full of pancakes...

My wife and I decided to eat last night at The huddle House in Clayton. Joseph is out of town, so it was just my wife, me and Kallsen. Kallsen just turned 11 months old and now eats some table foods.

While Kallsen normally eats his food, every now and then he is much more interested in everyone else's food than he is with his own food. So we decided will order Kallsen his own plate of food and let him sit in a booster seat at the table instead of in a high chair. Well, he was in heaven! You could tell he thought of himself as a big boy...being at the table with everyone else.

The only problem seems to be he had no interest in taking the small pieces of the pancake his mom had gotten ready for him...he would grab the uncut portion of pancake and try to stuff the entire thing in his mouth. It was quite the thing to watch.

I don't think my Dad will believe how much he can eat and how independent he is becoming. My Dad is going on vacation with us later this summer.
