Getting home a day or to before heading back to work after a vacation is always important. It gives you time to recover from the journey and time to get your mind back to where it needs to be before tackling the things work throws at you. And I have a feeling that work will be throwing things at me when I get back into the office tomorrow.
Vacation was good. We were able to visit with our friend's JT and Karen in Mississippi; find a house in Estherville, Sara was able to interview for jobs in Iowa and we had a nice visit with my parents. While the vacation was somewhat of a working vacation with the coming move, all in all, a good vacation.
I will be going through my photos of the trip this week and will post pictures of things we saw and of the kids sometime later this week.
